HL-29B organoclay is rheological additive with high efficiency of easy to disperse and anti-sediment in low to medium polar system.This product can simplify configuration, production formula and manufacturing of Ink and paints.

HL-29B can be added directly in the process of use without polar activator due to its easy dispersion.
HL-29B can be widly used in low-medium-low polar system.
Ordinary equipments for paint and coating can provide HL-29B enough shear force to carry best performance.

Dosage
The addition quantity of HL-29B depends on the type of organics, viscosity and other rheological properties.
The amount of HL-29B accounts for 0.15%-2.0% of the whole system. The optimum dosage should be determined by experiment.
Efficient dispersing equipment and technique can better optimize the performance of HL-29B with less dosage and more profits.
